Join us for a unique and exciting three-part workshop designed to help you grow your skills and build your portfolio. You’ll learn key techniques for photographing pets, working with various backgrounds and lighting setups, and creating expressive, eye-catching pet portraits. Led by NCE educator and professional photographer Becky Clark-Dullinger and sponsored by Tamron.
In the second part of the workshop, we’ll meet in person at a studio in Minneapolis where you’ll have the opportunity to put what you learned from the online seminar into practice. Becky, along with photography experts from National Camera, will be on hand to provide personalized guidance as you photograph a variety of adorable pets. Whether you’re a seasoned photographer or a pet lover looking to sharpen your skills, this hands-on session is a great chance to learn something new, have fun, and connect with other creative minds. You’ll walk away with valuable experience and images to help grow your pet photography portfolio.
Plus! Each attendee will take home a full-color, spiral-bound workshop guide, filled with key techniques and expert tips to continue exploring pet photography beyond the workshop.
Tamron will be providing a variety of loaner lenses during the hands-on portion of the workshop—perfect for testing out new gear in a live shooting environment. This is a great opportunity to try something new, even if you don’t currently shoot with Tamron lenses. All camera brands are welcome, and you’re encouraged to bring your own lenses and gear. The techniques covered in this workshop are designed to benefit photographers regardless of brand or system.
