John David Washington | Denzel Washington’s Son

John David Washington is the eldest child of veteran actor Denzel Washington and his wife, Pauletta. He initially eyed a sports career while growing up, although he had a minor feature alongside his father in the 90s film Malcolm X when he was just seven years old. While working on his college degree at Morehouse College, John David played football. He later went on to participate in more significant leagues with the Sacramento Mountain Lions.

However, his calling came later on in life. He soon followed in his father’s footsteps and tried his hand in acting once more. He has appeared in several films and shows, including Love Beats Rhymes, Tenet, Ballers, BlacKkKlansman, and Monster. John David might have gotten his acting chops from his equally gorgeous father, but he most certainly got his good looks from his mom. The mother and son both share similar features, such as their eyes and smile.
