Vanessa Willians is a famous American actress and fashion designer. She is given eternal credit for being the first African-American Miss America back in 1983. However, she would shortly gain notoriety with nude photos from the adult magazine Penthouse, and her reign would be short-lived. Vanessa then carried on building a career in acting and singing. She’d find reasonable success with her music career having multiple Grammy nominations to her name through the years as an actress who has starred in numerous films and TV shows such as Soul Food, Ugly Betty, and Desperate Housewives.
